In addition to outbound delivery, Sweego provides Inbound Email Routing, enabling applications to receive emails on configurable addresses or domains. Incoming messages are automatically parsed—headers, content and attachments included—and converted into structured JSON delivered to webhook endpoints. This allows email to be treated as a fully programmable input channel, supporting use cases such as reply processing, form handling, ticket ingestion or email-driven automation without relying on mailbox polling or manual workflows.

Sweego offers detailed delivery reporting and real-time event notifications covering key stages of the message lifecycle, including successful delivery, engagement signals and failure scenarios. These events can be consumed by external systems to power analytics, alerting or operational decision-making.

Designed for production environments, Sweego gives teams fine-grained control over deliverability through shared IPs, dedicated IPs and IP pools. > **Pros**: Pleasant graphical interface, attractive pricing, comprehensive and easily accessible logs + stats for emails and SMS, very clean incoming email management via API, excellent customer service, 0% GAFAM, solid, bootstrapped and profitable company.

> **Cons**: Some features are still missing from the recently launched version, even though the company has solid experience in the email domain thanks to its parent company, which has been active for over 10 years. Authentication management on webhooks is not yet available, for example. Similarly, team management for businesses has certain shortcomings.

> Customer service was available to address the minor comments we had. The startup was quick. The documentation is clear, we really had no difficulty with it. In any case, we were using inbound emails which are already well handled, as well as outbound emails which are quite standard. Everything went smoothly.
