I have no cons about LeadSimple, but I think most people that sign up can be overwhelmed by the entire software..... LeadSimple is doing a great job of offering webinars and encouraging 3rd parties ([sensitive content hidden] @ Black Sheep, [sensitive content hidden] @ PM Assist) to help clients become more efficient

Pros

LeadSimple was very intuitive and easy to use after a few quick training sessions with their team. Additionally, their team was incredibly supportive/responsive as I got accustomed to it. It truly was able to be customized to best fit my company's processes.

Cons

As with any tech software, there were simple common sense features/bugs that I encountered while using that needed to be added/edited. Nothing that would derail using it, but simply a function of trying to be first to market and skipping over a detail in product development.

Pros

Customization and support during onboarding. Becomes easy to use once the user has completed training and spent time with the interface. The design team has been very responsive to feedback and feature requests. Great features like business process design, management, and automation. Also, integrating MSFT, Zapier, and other web-based tools makes data flow across systems more efficient. Great ROI. Especially for working remotely and virtual teams.

Cons

It may be challenging to navigate through the GUI at first, but the design has improved over time. Customization of processes and workflows wasn't as intuitive but what CRM has it perfect? Reporting and analytics may be lacking compared to other like programs but I hear that it is in the works.
