Campus Events supports both free and paid participation options, as well as different price levels for various target groups. Payments can be made via invoice or PayPal, and invoices are automatically generated as PDFs with debtor numbers and cost centers. Event organizers have real-time access to up-to-date participant lists, enabling them to send mass emails to attendees and/or those on the waiting list. Exporting participant data to Excel or generating participant lists, signature lists, and name tags is effortless with Campus Events. Participant certificates are provided as PDFs in the attendee area, and documents can be sent to all participants easily.
