> **Pros**: Tinkerlist is very user-friendly, and customisable to fit your way of working. What really stands out is the excellent customer service, there is always someone available on the live chat function if you have any issues or would like to change how something works. I use the software to write briefs and contribute to the show script, adding media is a breeze and I like the built-in photo editor.

> **Cons**: We had a few formatting issues which seem to have ironed themselves out for now.
