The customer service team is also incredible and attentive, providing direct, clear, concise responses with video support. I have given feedback on the product and it goes into their feedback loop, so I feel heard. > > **Cons**: Payment integration functionality needs work to incorporate solutions and gateways outside of Stripe only. Square for example is how we manage our payment services and it doesn't integrate without developer time that is costly. Another area for improvement is mass downloads of documents and invoices for team and individual accounts. I needed to turn this around in 24 hours, and had to do it 1:1 which was cumbersome and an energy zap.
