# nextPIM

> nextPIM is a cloud product information management system built for wholesalers, technical traders and manufacturers whose assortments are too large and too complex for spreadsheets.

Rather than starting from an empty data model, customers begin with a standardised structure and pre-built processes taken from more than 100 live implementations. That is why a full system introduction takes four hours and more than half of all customers go live straight after it.

Supplier data arrives as Excel files, BMEcat catalogues, PDFs or ERP exports and is merged into one golden record. Records are enriched, classified with ETIM or eCl@ss, translated, and published to shop systems such as Shopware and Odoo, to procurement platforms, and to print catalogues and data sheets.

Every record carries a data quality score that updates while people edit, so gaps surface before data reaches a channel. Customer systems with more than one million products are normal.
