Our network consists of more than 390 dental clinics, so we require a platform that can handle enormous amounts of data and give us insights that we can leverage. The customer support is also excellent. The Rivermate team was always quick to respond and willing to answer our queries regarding customisation or particular reports. > > **Cons**: More customization options for reports on dashboards would be fantastic. While the current reports are fantastic, it would be even better if a big company like ours could create custom reports for certain performance metrics. The occasional flagging of false positives by AI-driven insights is another minor con. For instance, it occasionally sees a "trend for declining sales" in a particular practice when in fact the decline in appointments is seasonal fluctuation. We always cross-check data with reality so this isn't a deal-breaker, but accuracy can be improved by making the AI better at spotting trends unique to a specific industry. > > Our largest challenge prior to Rivermate was gaining real-time visibility into our revenue performance and sales pipeline at multiple locations. Tracking sales trends, patient conversions, and revenue changes was a time-consuming and manual exercise because hundreds of dental clinics were operating concurrently.
