> **Pros**: Pre-integrated with our CCaaS vendor of choice, ease of deployment, strong leadership team, supportive to/of our preferred GTM strategy, excellent support, agile mindset, flexible software development roadmap.

> **Cons**: Lacks some features as we operate in an 'Enterprise' space, but the Teamlead team have been quick to engage with us on the "desirables" and have already brought some of the into their software development roadmap for both 2025 and ongoing into 2026 (see Pros above).

> We started working with Teamlead (nee Rooster Planner) 8-months ago (April 2025) and have already seen a tremendous amount of growth, both with the Organisation (headed up by an amazing leadership team) as well as watching the software mature based on Teamlead' own vision alongside feedback provided by us and our end-customers. The Teamlead team are always super responsive to any feedback, taking a measured approach to any feature/functionality requests, as well as being on hand if there are any questions or issues day-to-day, as well as supporting through the implementation and onboarding stages with new customers.

> **Pros**: Overzichtelijk in gebruik geen poespas&#10;Zelf taken toevoegen met kleurstellingen&#10;Verlofaanvragen zijn makkelijk te verwerken

> **Cons**: Grootste  nadeel is dat er nog steeds veel handmatig moet maar dat komt ook omdat wij met vrijwel alleen maar flexkrachten werken

> **Pros**: Na jarenlang met Excel gewerkt te hebben, zijn we bij de afdeling Klantcontact van Eigen Haard overgestapt naar Teamlead – en wat een verschil\!

> **Cons**: Het inrichten kostte even wat tijd, en het bijhouden van de skills van de medewerkers vraagt om discipline.

> Inmiddels maken we de maandroosters in een handomdraai. Het systeem is gebruiksvriendelijk en werkt ontzettend prettig.&#10;Met Teamlead kun je eenvoudig samen met collega’s wijzigingen doorvoeren, en het team krijgt direct een melding van aanpassingen in hun rooster. Dat zorgt voor transparantie en snelheid. Het dagelijks werken met Teamlead gaat eigenlijk vanzelf: intuïtief, efficiënt en gewoon heel handig.&#10;Wij zijn blij met deze stap – Teamlead maakt ons werk echt makkelijker\!

> **Pros**: Per dag in één oogopslag inzicht in de bezetting van die dag. Doordat je een minimale bezetting per taak kan ingeven zie je ook direct waar de knelpunten ontstaan bij ziekte, vakantie of andere afwezigheid.
> 
> **Cons**: Wanneer er een nieuwe medewerker start ben je verplicht een nieuw basisrooster te maken en neemt het systeem niet automatisch de nieuwe medewerker mee in het rooster vanaf de datum indiensttreding.
> 
> Rooster Planner bevalt goed. Je werkt vanuit een basisrooster, maar kan per dag de standaard planning aanvullen met taken. De taken wisselen bij ons per dag omdat de werkvoorraad steeds wisselt. Aanpassingen in het rooster zijn snel en gemakkelijk door te voeren. Ook het verwerken van verlofaanvragen gaat heel eenvoudig waardoor vakantieplanningen heel snel zijn doorgevoerd.
