They will even go as far as helping you with imports through there White Glove Service for those who are still learning technology meaning switching is as easy as possible.

Also, if your team is coming from a bigger CRM, there can be a short adjustment period where certain options you’re used to aren’t in the same place or aren’t as robust. Still, the simplicity is usually worth it.

> **Cons**: Unfortunately for my team, Nutshell is geared more towards products than services. We've had several custom requests or ideas come up over the year that Nutshell can't/hasn't put in, so we're forced to either shelf the idea or come up with a substitute.
