> **Pros**: Nutshell is fairly easy to use, even for people who are not familiar with CRM services. I like that there has been an uptick in customization features which has helped us adapt the pipeline in the most efficient way for the sales team.

> **Cons**: Sometimes it is difficult to pull reporting information and then to have that be cross functional with Excel. I also wish we would get a weekly activity summary.

> Overall, we have had a good experience with Nutshell and appreciate the efforts to solve problems in a timely fashion when they arrive and adapt functions if we have a product improvement suggestion.

> **Pros**: There is quite a bit of customization with Nutshell and it serves very well as a platform for goods/retail services. Personally I like the ability to do Marketing and drip campaigns within the system, as well as making/logging calls within the system.

> **Cons**: Unfortunately for my team, Nutshell is geared more towards products than services. We've had several custom requests or ideas come up over the year that Nutshell can't/hasn't put in, so we're forced to either shelf the idea or come up with a substitute.
