A key differentiator here is depth: medo.core is extremely customizable and covers even demanding edge cases that generic solutions can't handle. This is especially pronounced in training management and needs analysis – an area where medo.check brings over 20 years of its own development and market experience, visible in up to 3,500 exercise videos, over 170 test and analysis procedures, and its own vertical AI assistant (Dynamic Fitness Index), which automatically monitors motivation and risk scores for each customer. Despite this depth of functionality, the interface stays modern and intuitive instead of passing complexity on to the user. The entire platform is built on an open-platform philosophy: instead of spreading processes across multiple disconnected tools, virtually every process in a business can be mapped within one system – complemented by a Zapier integration for anything beyond that. This avoids data silos from the outset and noticeably simplifies working conditions for staff and customers alike. Behind it lies a clear principle: the goal isn't to collect as much data as possible, but to process it meaningfully and put it to active use for the customer – for better care, better-informed decisions, and automated processes that free up more time for the actual core business. medo.coach complements this platform as the direct interface to the end customer: digital onboarding including digital signature, appointment and class booking, digitally managed training plans, plus intake forms, surveys, and questionnaires created in the backend that can be sent straight to the app for quick, easy completion. Your monthly license fee depends on two factors: the modules you book and the size of your business, measured by database capacity for customers and prospects. We offer 7 license tiers in total, scaling smoothly as your business grows: Startup 10 – the entry point for small business cases, e.g. in personal training. The only license with a user restriction: usable by exactly 1 user. Business 50 – also suited for smaller business cases such as personal training, already without any user restriction. Business 150 – the entry point into our site/facility licenses, for businesses with several staff members, unlimited number of users. Business 300 – for growing facilities with a larger customer base. Business 600 – for established studios and health facilities. Business 1200 – for large facilities and multi-location businesses. Business unlimited – for very large facilities and chains, with unlimited database capacity. With the exception of the Startup license, none of our license tiers impose any restriction on the number of users – any number of staff members can work in the system at the same time. Beyond the pure customer count, every license also includes its own quota of prospect records – from 40 prospects in the Startup license, up to 400 in Business 150, and unlimited from Business 300 upward.
