> **Pros**: The most feature rich app platform for UCaaS, growing fast, actively developed, responsive to customer requests. Very easy and comprehensive white labelling process, great ongoing app deployment support and seamless API/integration process with our messaging and call platforms.

> **Cons**: The rapid pace of development can sometimes produce unstable changes. Whilst they're resolved quickly, it can cause spikes in customer support enquiries. We would like to see more rigorous quality control processes and pre-release testing.

> **Cons**: • No way to disable automatically checking for software updates in the desktop apps. Upon launching, the Ringotel application automatically checks for updates and prompts the user to install or ignore.&#10;&#10;• No way to disable software updates or force specific software versioning via the shell admin cloud portal. Would be nice to be able to prevent updating to newer versions,  so that we are able to test new versions to ensure that they are bug free before our customers are allowed to update. It would be even better to force a specific version, so that in case the customer has any issues with newer version, we can force them to use a known-working previous version.
