> **Pros**: Easy user-interface and document-signing feature in the past, all the new integrations like figo (Bankkontenabgleich), cloud backup of documents, Zapier integration. Very fast support.

> **Cons**: multi-language support is not fully (products) implemented.

I would love to see a Pipedrive integration, special for recurring invoicing.

> **Pros**: Man spart sich extrem viel Zeit. Die Rechnungen sind schnell vorbereitet, dupliziert oder angepasst und somit kann man in extrem kurzer Zeit dem Kunden die Rechnung schicken, mit allen notwendigen Informationen.

> **Cons**: Im Prinzip gibt es eigentlich nichts, was man hier bemängeln könnte. Einziges Manko ist ein wenig der Preis. Für das, dass man nur Rechnungen schreiben kann, finde ich es ein wenig zu teuer.

> Im Großen und Ganzen bin ich extrem zufrieden mit dem Tool. Ich würde auf kein anderes wechseln wollen. Habe im Laufe meiner Unternehmertätigkeit schon viele Programme ausprobiert, bin aber immer wieder zu easybill zurückgekommen.

> **Cons**: Meine Erfahrung mit easybill GmbH ist sehr enttäuschend und hat mich als Kunden mehr als verärgert. Ich fühle mich in einen überdimensionierten Vertrag gedrängt, der weit über meine Bedürfnisse hinausgeht und für den ich letztendlich über 2.700 EUR pro Jahr zahle, obwohl ein Vertrag für 15 EUR pro Monat meinen Anforderungen entsprochen hätte. Der Kundenservice war in dieser Angelegenheit eine Fehlanzeige. Keine Flexibilität, keine Lösungsvorschläge – stattdessen fühle ich mich komplett abgezockt. Diese totale Unflexibilität und der Mangel an Unterstützung haben mich zutiefst enttäuscht. Daher kann ich easybill GmbH nach dieser Erfahrung leider nicht mehr weiterempfehlen.

> **Pros**: Veraltet und nicht mehr zeitgemäß, sehr unfreundlicher Umgang mit Kunden, die seit Anfang dabei sind

> **Cons**: Keine App für unterwegs viele Funktionen anderen Anbietern fehlen

> Eine riesen Sauerei wie hier mit langjährigen Kunden umgegangen wird und welcher Ton einem hier entgegenschlägt nur weil man einmalig nicht fristgerecht bezahlt und das war noch nicht einmal beabsichtigt.  Seien Sie sicher das meine Bewertung entsprechend ausfallen wird . Meine beiden Accounts werde ich heute noch kündigen .Zum Glück gibt es ja gute und sogar bessere Alternativen. Ihr habt es bis heute nicht geschafft, eine benutzerfreundliche Handyapp zu schaffen. Andere Anbieter sind günstiger und sehr viel weiter ,sowohl was das Angebot betrifft als auch eine App für unterwegs anzubieten. Für mich ist diese Plattform nicht weiter tragbar .
