If you miss the thirty day window you are stuck paying another four thousand dollars until next year. They will not help you. > > Software good, company bad. I wasn't ready to use the program, I assumed a one year obligation and called to put it on hold until I would have time to use it. I call two week too late. My thirty cancelation window closed and they had not sympathy, so I have to pay a whole additional year while not using their software.
