> **Pros**: Lo que más me ha gustado de Potentor es que puedes llevar a cabo todo el proceso de evaluación de la empresa en una misma plataforma. Desde los exámenes psicométricos, el 360, hasta el clima laboral. El servicio que recibí cada vez que surgía una duda o quería implementar algo nuevo siempre fue excelente. La plataforma es amigable y con buen diseño. Los usuarios no batallaron en usarla.

> **Cons**: Con el único aplicativo que batallé fue con el organigrama. Hacerlo un poco más fácil el uso al administrador porque sí tuve que acudir a la empresa siempre que quería hacer un cambio ahí o dar de alta/baja a alguien.

> He tenido muy buena experiencia con Potentor desde el primer acercamiento, la implementación, el servicio y con la plataforma en si. Me ha ayudado mucho a desarrollar una estrategia de Talento Humano en la empresa y he visto que los usuarios también están contentos con la plataforma.
