> **Pros**: Tight integration with other Ivanti products such as ISM, EPM and Neurons

> **Cons**: Very complicated to configure and small bugs needs very huge troubleshooting. Need dedicated asAdministrator to manage it. Requires good customization to enable the custom process

> As we are using Ivanti ism and epm this product works like charm however I don’t recommend using it as standalone product
