> Mooncard is a business expense management solution that helps handle expense claims, payments and accounting processes. After each transaction, a reminder is sent to photograph the receipt, which is then archived as evidence. The expense claim is generated automatically using OCR technology and bank reconciliation. Each expense is pre-filled with essential information: date, amount, VAT, merchant and category.

Once validated, each expense is automatically exported to the accounting tool. The solution covers all use cases such as travel, meals, accommodation and online purchases. It provides real-time visibility of expenses and guarantees management in line with internal policies. Rules can be customized by user, department or type of purchase. Mooncard integrates with leading ERP and accounting platforms (Sage, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, QuickBooks and Cegid) and offers an API for customized integrations.

From the mobile application, users can check their balance, retrieve their PIN code, track spending in real time or block their card if necessary. A fuel option is also available via a multi-brand card, accepted at all service stations in France and Europe. It covers all costs related to mobility (fuel, tolls, parking, refills), with no brand restrictions or advance payments. The application can be used to identify the nearest or most advantageous stations for each journey.

Mooncard also optimizes VAT management by automatically calculating the recoverable portion from transaction data. This automation makes declarations more reliable, limits the risk of tax adjustments and enables better cash flow management. The solution supports multi-site, international and hybrid organizations.
