> **Pros**: We love how easy Next Request makes it for us to process our requests. With multiple people in the office processing hundreds of requests per month we needed a better way to communicate what was going on with each and keep track of them. This system provided that and so much more. We are so much more efficient and our customers love the ease of use and the ability to pay online.

> Getting set up was virtually painless. Next Request employees were incredibly helpful and continue to be by updating the system with useful features. Having a large volume of requests was difficult to manage before and we used up lots of memory keeping copies of what had been released. This system allows us to keep track of each request and know what is going on with each with notes on each request. Storing files in the cloud helps free up space on our servers for other important things as well.
