> **Pros**: Extremely easy to use and simple to get the hang of, even for non tech-savvy users (myself). Very quick to get started and really enjoy the read receipt and online signature features for managing and following up on quotes. Support has been responsive and helpful and onboarding was not as bad as expected.

> **Cons**: No integrations of any value, but at least the API is open. I would also like to see a way to set up reminders for past-dues or oustanding invoices.

> **Pros**: Al recibir las incidencias mediante mail se crean y asignan automáticamente al técnico. Una vez que se ha solucionado la incidencia tengo todos los documentos creados (cuando y por quién) relacionados desde la factura hasta la incidencia (pasando por presupuestos, albaranes, pedidos, eventos de agenda, etc). El proceso genera las facturas o albaranes en un solo clic, por lo que también facilita mucho. &#10;&#10;Al estar los técnicos en movilidad, pueden fichar las entradas y salidas desde el móvil.

> **Cons**: No puedo personalizar la plantilla de la factura como yo quiero, aunque hay alguna opción existente.&#10;A pesar de que los usuarios pueden fichar a la entrada y salida, quiero saber el tiempo registrado en cada incidencia.
