In Georgia, many of us are also required to use FMLS, so some of the CMA's are not as accurate because they do not all of the time also include the recent sales or current listings for ALL properties sold. The customer support does what they can but 20+ min on the phone to get it fixed 1/2 of the time does not work for us.
