I wish that Cognito would find a way to train someone, somewhere in the world, a good English speaker, who would then become the person available for us, even if they are not actually based in the U.S. One saving grace is that if I contact them directly in New Zealand, I'll get an answer very quickly at about 2 pm, when they start their business day. The second thing is that they could easily provide, I think, a much better set of tools for designing forms. Filemaker Pro is mentioned as a program that is relatable. But Filemaker has an easy to use forms design tool.
