Also the customer service has been fantastic. I had a couple questions that were answered promptly via email. Setting up and linking the machines was easy, and inventory management is SO much easier now. > > **Cons**: Don't really have any nits to pick but if I was being greedy I'd love for the sales figures to be reflected in $ (currently it's just a number, ex: 345 instead of $345), although I understand this company is based in Europe and likely has many non US customers. But it would be cool to select a currency from a drop down, it would make it easier to distinguish between sales numbers and say inventory numbers. I’ve been using VendSoft for a few months, and I love it. When I first started my vending company I debated on whether to pay for software, or to manually manage everything in spreadsheets. I’m so glad that I opted for VendSoft. VendSoft is a comprehensive solution for all of your tracking needs. It allows you to easily track and analyze real-time data like expenses, purchases, inventory, cost of goods sold, and sales. When tax season approaches, I won’t have to stress and pore over receipts. All I’ll have to do is print out the relevant yearly reports, and send them to my accountant. I can use that valuable time saved to focus on growing my business. It’s worth noting that VendSoft is not only compatible with various telemetry systems, it is also compatible with traditional and some smart vending machines. They recently launched an integration with HaHa smart machines, and I was one of the first users to set up HaHa with VendSoft. The thing that I most like about VendSoft is their customer service. It’s no exaggeration that their customer service is some of the best that I have ever received from any company. Whenever I have had a question their team has always responded very quickly, and usually in less than 1 business day. Their support was especially important to me this week when I set up my new HaHa machine. After we identified an unexpected API issue with HaHa data, they quickly engineered a scalable solution that works flawlessly. Because of their quick turnaround, I was able to launch my machine on time, which is very important for my business reputation. I am in total control of my accounts when I walk up to my machines to fill them. I use my Iphone or Ipad to keep track of what's in each machine, and to determine what I need from my truck to refill the machine. I could even use Dex data to track what I need to bring with me from my shop. I plan my trips each day using my base computer's VendSoft program, and upload this to my Iphone. When I am done for the day, I just upload the data to my base computer; and all my data is automatically adjusted. There are lots of features I don't use such as invoice writing or product ordering or reports; but I know they are there if ever I need them. If ever there are problems (and this is very rare), \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] has always responded right away to fix the problem. I tried several VMS apps before I found VendSoft, and none of them had the scope and ease of use as Vendsoft, and most of them were far more expensive. > > **Cons**: The only thing I wish could be added, is a simple way to know what I added to a particular Machine item designation the prior week. I know this can be done if you keep track of all the input data, but I don't want to spend the time doing that. I just want to know what I added the last week so I can determine if I need to add more or less this week. This is a minor issue and probably would not be a problem for other Vendors.
