TalentRecruit is a hiring platform that enables businesses to leverage AI technology to digitize and automate the entire recruitment and onboarding process. Users can discover, assess, engage and hire the talent at required time. The automated interview scheduler enables scheduling for recruiters, panelists, hiring managers and candidates.
TalentRecruit includes a library of pre-configured analytics, ratios and metrics that helps build reports using the custom report and dashboard builder features. Based on machine learning and artificial intelligence, it helps rank and match candidates to jobs. It includes PortalRecruit, a job board connector that enables recruiters to locate the right candidates.
ERIKA, a robotic recruiter is a virtual recruitment assistant that assists email engagement with candidates. TalentRecruit offers social media integration with third-party solutions such as Whatsapp Robot and LinkedIn Job Posting that helps candidate connect.

It's nice that there is an app that can help everyone to find suitable job for an applicants and to track their process.

Easy to upload files and to edit some details.

Difficult to filter, also the format is different to other gadgets.

Currently not seeing the best full potential of the system as we just started uploading profiles. But if it can be integrated to other job portals, we might be able to see better results.
Cons
It is quite slow. Clients are not alphabetically arranged.
