Sent them a screen shot showing my PM menu did not match theirs, which showed a license button. Crickets back, meanwhile clients asking what is happening. Followed up twice, two avenues, nothing heard back. Send them my version no. showing latest version PM installed. > > **Cons**: Terrible support on serious problem. And all I'm not demanding. Even a brief note: we're working on it.
