This includes working through a specification and doing additional research so they not only know the work process but also the business issues. We have developed a working relationship where the final specification becomes much tighter because of targeted questions from Sarjen's own research. Second, PharmaNET wants my business to succeed as much as I do. When needed, the team puts extra time in to get deliveries made and ensures that all elements are ready for final testing; I've never had to ask once for this to be done . . . they just do it.
