> **Pros**: The best thing about RLM is that it has front end functions (product development, design, fit process, costing) as well as back end functions (ordering fabric, bulk fabric inventory, creating purchase orders, managing finished inventory, shipping). They're compatible and you are able to limit all of that data entry that you would need to do if they were separate. Also, all of your company's style info is stored in one place.

> **Cons**: Building out the graded templates was soooo time consuming and the process was cumbersome. You had to go through a lot of steps to get it saved, it was an easier process using other programs.

> I used RLM in my previous position at another company. We started by using the back end functions for the production team then added the front end functions for the product development teams. I used it for 4 years and was the one who set up all of the graded templates for all of the different categories and size scales. I was pretty happy with the sales/support team. They were helpful with the training a later as problems arose.
