The bulk loader has been an invaluable time-saver, especially for system maintenance. The customization of Report views and milestones and email communication within a capsule has also been great tools in providing pertinent information to others. > > **Cons**: The help tips and manual needs updating. Not so very helpful. Most of the written information is outdated or vague at best. On the plus side, the staff is incredibly helpful and will take the time necessary to see one through any issue. The interface is quite simple, in fact it may be too simple with not may tools aside from the search bar. I do very much like the search tool, as it functions much like Google where you can put in a word, phrase or even part of a word to find a document. The results will spit out any contract that is titled or tagged with that sequence of characters searched. I find that when you actually do find the file you need, it takes a series of clicks just to get to the attachment to pull up/download the document. The software would be better served by making quicker access to the document. the Last Contract Accesses is also helpful, but it only shows the last 5.
