The inbuilt document management system has proven invaluable with our annual external audits by reducing audit times by over 60% and making the process a lot smoother for all concerned. Compared to the software that we now use, the amount of work you need to do is huge. One small example, for creating PO's an intuitive system would allow you to start typing the name and the product would just come up. In Evolution M you need to go to the correct category and scroll and scroll until you get to the right product. > > The main issue was the customer support... takes a long time for anything to get help with query.
