> **Pros**: Vey feature rich application. As an enterprise solution this product supports various warehouses. It not only ships  with one carrier's service but caluates another carriers rates, which is what we pass to the client. Support is very good.

> **Cons**: Everything, and I mean everything, is an SOW, there are no freebies. Things that should be included in our contract, such as Rate Updates, are SOW's. 

Changes take far more time than original committed timelines. 
Estimates are inaccurate, and "contingency" hours have been added to all SOW's. With almost all SOW's those contingency hours are used up so I question if they are really contingency or just bad estimates on Proship part. 

There is a lot of existing code that was in place before I started. Proship team does very little to explain this, or try to help remove unnecessary code. This causes lots of confusion on why functions are doing what they do.

> The experience started well. We liked the support team and help we were getting initially. Over the year, the help dwindled, and support team was restricted from providing as much help. Things changed to SOW instead of bug fixes. Costs rose through the roof as a result. 

There is extremely poor communication on statuses and when projects will be started or completed. Transparency is not ProShip's strong suit.  

Multiple SOW's have been lost or forgotten in communication between support teams and our account rep causing delays getting started.
 We had 10/10 support when it was owned/operated under CMS, but since joining ProShip the support has fallen greatly.
