> **Pros**: Pour commencer, la pertinence des questionnaires, la possibilité de tout personnaliser, la facilité avec laquelle on navigue dans la plateforme, la manière dont les résultats sont présentés, le côté visuel très clair, les différentes segmentations, bref, superbe expérience comme utilisateur, mais également comme administratrice. De plus, le support à la clientèle est excellent et les personnes en charge, sont d'une très grande aide, allant régulièrement au devant des besoins\!

> **Cons**: Peut-être la partie importer en Excel pour les commentaires, qui n'est pas très facile à utiliser, une fois les données importées. Mais sinon, je n'ai absolument rien à redire\!

La plateforme offre des sondages d’engagement faciles à déployer et des données claires qui aident à prioriser les actions RH concrètes. Les outils de reconnaissance et les cartes cadeaux sont faciles à utiliser.

Ce que j’apprécie le plus chez Amélio, c’est sans hésiter leur support client. L’équipe est toujours disponible, réactive et réellement impliquée. On ne se sent jamais seul avec la plateforme : dès qu’on a une question ou un besoin, il y a quelqu’un pour nous accompagner, expliquer et proposer des solutions concrètes. C’est rassurant et très appréciable au quotidien.
