> **Pros**: Athereon weißt eine hohe Flexibilität vor. Durch Funktionen wie Custom Fields können die einzelnen Module erweitert werden. Zudem können in Athereon Querverweise in allen Bereichen erstellt werden (z. B. Verknüpfung von Asset und Risiko, Risiko und Dokument oder Dokument und Maßnahme).

> **Cons**: Viele Funktionen sind noch nicht zu Ende gedacht, allerdings wächst das Tool stetig weiter und die Module werden ausgebaut.

> **Pros**: Das UI ist ansprechend und aufgeräumt, zudem ist der Support schnell, hilfreich und hat stets ein offenes Ohr für Anregungen und Verbesserungen.

> **Cons**: Einige Funktionen scheinen noch nicht ganz zu Ende gedacht zu sein. So kommt es häufiger vor, dass wir bei der Umsetzung von Prozessen an den Gegebenheiten im System scheitern.

> Dadurch, dass wir bereits ein mehrere Jahre ein zertifiziertes ISMS betrieben haben, ist uns die Anpassung an ein neues System sicherlich schwieriger gefallen, als wenn wir die Einführung des ISMS von Beginn an mit Athereon gemacht hätten. Letztlich gilt der Grundsatz, dass Athereon ein sehr gutes Werkzeug darstellt, das jedoch auch entsprechend genutzt werden muss.

> **Cons**: An manchen Stellen etwas "over-engineered". So sind meiner Meinung einige der Tags nicht zwingend notwendig. Einige der Verknüpfungen (Assets, Datenverantwortlicher, Auftragsverarbeiter in den Verarbeitungen) sind nicht immer ganz logisch.

> Durchaus und überwiegend sehr positiv. Besonders möchte ich den Support hervorheben: Es wurde immer schnell und umfassend geholfen.
