MailPoet - A must have for SMB businesses to keep customers engaged.
99% positive. Love the plug-in, will continue using it daily and we continue recommending the plug-in.
Pros
I like the list management, I like that everything you really need is bundled in a single plugin, and it's free. Yes, there are add-ons, and you will need to upgrade for high-volume emailing, but for a small business to send out a weekly newsletter to a moderate-sized list, it's the way to go.
Cons
There isn't much. I do wish that the signup widgets were more customizable and a bit more intuitive, but it's nothing you can't figure out with a little work.

MailPoet delivers
I develop website on the WordPress platform, and for a while was using the Mailchimp plugin as the go to source. I was introduced to Mailpoet and have not looked back as a solution for clients that need that type of functionality.
Pros
The robust function for the out of box product.
Cons
You need a firm understanding of how email marketing works for your targeted audience.

If you are considering it, don't. Move your head to better options
I would not raccomand it due to incredible bugs inside its email edior that will make you scream internally
Pros
It's directly integrated inside of Wordpress, so you can manage your email campaign directly from your website. But a part from that is a mess
Cons
The editor, the email editor is something so hateful, so stressing, so frustrating I stopped using it.

Finally, an easy-to-use email plugin
I've been very pleased with MailPoet's service. I wouldn't use another plugin for email.
Pros
MailPoet is easy to use. Plain and simple, ease of use is most important to me. It is very easy to create attractive newsletters. I'm so grateful!
Cons
Nothing much! MailPoet has a very reasonably priced subscription and a great free option until you're ready to pay for something bigger.

Easy subscribers integrated right into WordPress
Now that MailPoet has been acquired by WooCommerce, it has become an industry standard for Wordpress. Of course, this can be both a good and a bad thing, depending on how they will chose to move forward with this.
It still is a very easy to use tool which I recommend to anyone starting a website or anyone with a niche website that has a small audience. For the most part, you won't need anything more complicated unless you chose and want to expand. But beware of the cons I've listed here.
Pros
Mailpoet is very easy to use. It's specifically designed for the average Joe. You can easily integrate it into your Wordpress and start capturing leads. It has a good amount of features to be useful but not too many to be overwhelming and it integrates with Woocommerce, which means it has functionality to run an ecommerce store. Or you can use it for just running a blog and use the "send emails of the latest blogs posted" feature.
Cons
While the subscriber data is technically hosted on the website, it's more of a hybrid solution. Yes all subscribers are stored in the Wordpress site, but the email deliverability is done through MailPoet and they are pretty quick to punish anything that "looks" like SPAM and disable your email deliverability without appeal. For this reason I only recommend you subscribe to the monthly plan, not the annual plan.
You can change your email sending provider to something else, sure, they allow you to do it. But, your usage of the plugin and the cost is still based on the number of subscribers even if you're using someone else's email delivery plan, which seems nuts since all the data is on your server and the usage of the plugin whether it's 1 subscriber or 1 million doesn't affect them at all if you're using someone else's email delivery service.
The free plan has a 1000 subscriber limit, which is fine for most small sites, but only a delivery of 5000 emails per month, which - if you have 1000 subscribers - that means you'll only be sending 5 emails a month.

Never seen a customers services like that + They constently lock your account
Bad, the fact that they locked your account and are not reactive to restore it it's a nightmare. They make us loose thousand $ in two weeks and they don't care...
Pros
Full integration in Wordpress and the fact that you know exactly the return on the newsletter
Cons
The After Sales services and the fact that they lock account for pseudo "spam" declaration : 9 cases on 15000 mails sent...

Great Email Marketing Platform
MailPoet does provide a good service overall. It shows good metrics about the emails sent, does have a nice integration with WooCommerce, and you can reach with easy its customer service.
Pros
It is easy to integrate with a WordPress site
It does have a free service up to 1000 email addresses
MailPoet does provide a good email editor withing WordPress who makes easy to access any website resource media.
Cons
It depends on WordPress solely, then you can make any campaign other than having a website running.
Reasons for Choosing MailPoet
MailPoet does provide a better free tier for beginners, it does integrate easily with Divi, WordPress, WooCommerce and many related pluggins.Reasons for Switching to MailPoet
I tried them all before changing to MailChimp, some of them offer a good thirdpaty email platform to be managed separately from a website. But the integration offered by MailPoet supposed a huge advantage over the competition.

mail poet review-2021
It makes it easy for us at supersales-guys-and gals to keep in touch with our clients and has added some value to the sales force. It's indeed a tool to recommend.
It doesn't really matter if you are a complete novice, newbie or an expert with email marketing or lead generation tools- with mail poet, you will yield quality results.
Pros
With an almost 5 stars rating in WordPress, this plugin is very responsive when it comes to sending bulky emails.
It's available both in the freemium and premium versions with setup being very easy. The free plan holds a max. of 1000 subscribers and supports 500,000 simultaneous emails send on.
It has some pre-made templates that are very attractive and easily customizable for creating awesome newsletters, sign-up forms, welcome emails, etc.
Easy to integrate. this tool makes it absolutely trouble-free to import data from other email marketing software like Mailchimp and others.
Post notifications- Mail poet, allows you to quickly encompass your most popular or new posts within a specific email campaign; this way when your subscribers receive either a welcome email or some other type from you, they will also be recommended your newest or most popular published article.
I kind of like this feature because it's a smart way of retaining subscribers. The more they are notified about your famous or future works, the more your traffic increases. For me, it's one of the best ways to bump up customer retention rates.
Another exceptional feature I discovered with this tool is, based on the behaviours of your subscribers, you can create separated campaign partitions for each set of subscribers. For instance, those who do not always open your emails, those who take specific actions depending on your offers.
Cons
It's just good for me to say, I'm satisfied.

More Expensive for Less Features
Overall, if you have a super small list and you're just starting out, it's a great way to use the WordPress interface to do one more thing. It's got a straightforward editor (albeit a bit basic) that lets you do more or less what you need to do with a mailer. You can schedule your emails, set up welcome and follow-up emails from woo-commerce and even set up some basic re-engagement. It also does a great job of teaching beginning users about email list rules and etiquette, which is a nice touch. We set it up for plenty of clients, and I haven't heard a lot of negative feedback (until their lists grow and pricing becomes an issue).
Pros
Super easy to use interface, lots of great guidance for mailing list management, great (and time saving integration with WordPress)
Cons
It is INCREDIBLY expensive for the feature list. There's really nothing advanced about it. If the price point were different, I would say that it's a good starter program for someone looking to start building their mailing list, but the truth is, some more feature rich competitors have a much better starter package. It's also a bit buggy. Sending (or getting it to send) can be a pain. The analytics aren't good enough to really learn much about your audience and the complexity of the builder leaves a bit to be desired.

High-quality drag and drop Newsletter plugin you can use within WordPress
Pretty satisfied. User-friendly interface. Easy deployment.
Pros
It saves a lot of time and removes technical hurdles for many users from dealing with several different software to be able to send nice and professional newsletters. WordPress notification emails can be sent using MailPoet service, so your emails going to spam problem is now gone.
Cons
Its segmentation and integrations are limited to WordPress core features and WooCommerce only. You can use automation tools like Zapier, but it is strange you sending data out to Zapier and send back to WordPress. Majority of users running WordPress are not on managed platforms, it would encounter technical and performance problems, I believe. It does not support Multisite, that really let me down. It does not support multilingual either.

Newsletter and transactional emails solution for WordPress that works out of the box
MailPoet was my first newsletter solution and it worked just great, I used it for clients too and we have not complained, even my not-techy clients figured out how to use the platform. My account was paused once because they thought there may be a spam issue with my account but after verification, it went back to normal. This is not an email marketing solution since the automation part is limited, but it is a great tool for newsletters and e-commerce.
Pros
-They have their own sending system-Can be integrated with Woocommerce for transactional emails-Different styles for the sign-up form-Automatic emails once you publish an entry
Cons
-They are very strict with anti-spam policies and sometimes your account may be paused-Limited email templates

Great Emailing Tool
I really like this software, because it is very easy to use and it works perfectly with Wordpress.
Pros
It is very easy to use. You don't need to spend so much time to learn how to use this software
Cons
If you have 2 or more lead magnets, you can't develop different emails for each these leads. In other words to register people from different lead magnets will mean that they will receive the same emails.

Pros

El email marketing ideal para Wordpress
Pros
