Excellent payment processor but needs to evolve
I have used Payoneer for over 10 years and they have features that other payment processors don't have but I feel they have missed the opportunity to integrate more services and tools into their platform as well as accepting debit and credit card payments from users who don't necessarily have accounts at Payoneer
Pros
What I like most is that it has the option to have multiple currencies from euros, dollars to pounds sterling and gives you the option of having a card associated with each currency.
Cons
What I don't like about payoneer is that you can only accept payments from Payoneer partner companies and other user accounts that already have Payoneer accounts, I would like Payoneer to have the option to accept credit card payments as Stripe and PayPal allow.

Payoneer = Modern day thieving & lack of accountability
They steal your money and then subject you to AI genersted processes & conversations thst just keep looping around & around
Pros
It used to be South African consumer friendly.
Cons
Money was meant to be paid into my bank account [sensitive content hidden], it never happened. Unfortunately you cannot address this eith Payoneer as u are subjected to AI generated conversations & processes that judt loops & loops around. Payoneer has successfully engineered a way to steal your money without accountability and there is no way to address this.

Once I got past the 11-day (yes, 11 days) set-up, I enjoyed the service and flexibility. The fees were an issue, but for international payments it worked very well

Payoneer is Efficient for International Transactions, but Withdrawal Fees Could be Lower
I've been using Payoneer to receive my earnings from a different country. I use Payoneer as it very good for international transactions. As a freelancer, I would say Payoneer made my business possible.
Pros
-Payoneer offers a prepaid card that can be used for online and in-store purchases, as well as ATM withdrawals which is very good for people who do not want to use their banking debit card.
-Customer service for Payoneer is excellent, every customer service agent will offer his best to try and help you out.
- Ability to hold more than one currency in your account which means you will not be needing to pay fees for currency conversion
Cons
- Withdrawal fees are somewhat a lot considering other alternatives.
- Account verification takes too long

My experience with Payoneer
Summary of my experience with Pioneer: It is good and easy to use, although I wish there were direct transfer methods with Egyptian wallets.
Pros
What I like is that it is free, easy to open an account, and also has multiple currencies. I use Payoneer to receive payments for my freelance jobs.
Cons
When I first used it, it was not easy to understand how to link the account with a number of sites. As for Egypt, direct transfer to wallets, such as Vodafone Cash, is not available.

STAY AWAY please
When you don't have to deal with them and simply get payments, it's fine. If they need to "Review" something or "Verify" something, get ready for a bureaucratic hell.
Pros
I don't get why it exists at all. I can't like anything since it's only an extra unnecessary layer of bureaucracy. If the companies I work with could simply pay directly to my bank... Payoneer is like that company that seems to exist to get profit and not for any other purpose. I would be even ready to pay a few bucks extra for bank fees if I could avoid using their services.
Cons
Customer support. I have had an issue for over 2 months and they can't do the simplest tasks. Every time I call and text them we start from the beginning. I know I'm talking to people and they are obliged to do everything according to the list of actions prescribed to them but sometimes seems like GPT is smarter.
For 2 months they have been working on my case (Which is super simple), they send me emails every second day and they are still on the very first step of "reviewing" the issue with a relevant team and "verifying" so that it will take 24-48 hours, please get back to us then so we can start the whole process from the beginning. The process is going on and no one can influence that. Exactly like in Kafka's books.

Easy platform to receive payment from anywhere in the world
I used it to receive payments with a company I worked for for a couple of months, and to eventually receive payments or transfers from colleagues, it's great to have this platform for when you are in different currencies.
Pros
Easy way to receive international payments, with flexibility to send it anywhere you want. Great for when working for a company outside with a different currency.
Cons
It takes to long to receive the deposits to another bank account and the fees are high, but worth it.

Payoneer smooth transactions
I love the ease of it all. Payoneer has notifucations that let you know your money with ready to withdraw. it is also easier now that payo has an app.
Pros
I like the ease of withdrawing from Payoneer. With the hardwork you have put on everyday, payoneer makes it so much easier for you to get the money you worked hard for. I hope we go back to using payoneer again
Cons
sometimes there are felays in transferring the amount but it usually is because of local banks

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
The worst support experience of any company I've ever dealt with. There is no phone number to contact. The email support constantly "resolves" the support ticket without an update. I've tried to use the platform and nothing works. The documentation is terrible and doesn't match the online portal. This service was a complete was of time
Pros
NOTHING. This was a complete waste of time and effort
Cons
CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS TERRIBLE, ONLINE PORTAL IS CLUNKY

Not the best but it works
I have my Payoneer account because of my job. If I had the opportunity, I would not have chosen it. On the other hand, I have taken advantage of the debit card provided and have beefed up security with double verification.
Pros
It has different currencies to use and is easy to understand. You can have a debit card for each currency you use.
Cons
The mobile app is useless. It has experienced safety issues in the past that make me unsure to recommend it.

A Great Way to Send and Receive Money Online
I have had a great experience with Payoneer. The customer service has been excellent and the process has been very smooth. I would definitely recommend Payoneer to anyone looking for an easy and convenient way to send and receive payments.I have been using it to receive my payments from overseas freelance jobs.
Pros
I like payoneer because it is an easy and convenient way to send and receive payments. With payoneer, I can send payments to anyone in the world with an email address. I can also receive payments from companies and organizations. For more than a year, I have been freelancing as a side hustle and payoneer has made all my payments hassle free. Additionally, I don’t even have to go to the app to withdraw the money. Whatever payments comes to my payoneer account, it is automatically withdrawn to my bank account within 24 hours , as I’m from India.
Cons
So far, I haven’t found anything that is not to my liking.

Very hard to cancel
They made it unnecessarily complicated for verifying our business. Multiple +ve and -ve replies saying verified and not verified.
By the time it was up and running I had setup paypal, stripe india and no longer needed payoneer.
Also they wanted the customers to create a payoneer account to pay, instead of just a credit card to pay.
And make it really difficult to cancel and close the account. They will ask you to contact support, and then email some lengthly forms as the next step and then threaten saying you will never be able to open again if you close this account etc. All bullshit reason to stay and keep paying their yearly fees.
Pros
FIRC - this document was needed by indian govt.
Transferwise was making it hard to get.
Payoneer was giving it by default.
Cons
how they charge an annual fee on top of transaction fee.
They make it super hard to cancel and move out.

Core services are not guaranteed!
Don't sign up, this is a scam!!! Don't pay the registration fee!I opened an account to be able to get funds from Europe. But when trying to add a payer, the system would not allow me stating that it did not support this feature currently. The support team were unhelpful and could not assist and did not even reply to my queries. I then closed my account and requested a refund for the registration but they will not provide refunds for services they incorrectly say they can provide, but cannot!!
Pros
The branding looks attractive and convincing.
Cons
Their core service is not guaranteed, you need to pay a registration fee and although their service doesn't work as advertised, there are no refunds. I opened an account to be able to get funds from Europe. But when trying to add a payer, the system would not allow me stating that it did not support this feature currently. Cannot get registration money back - Nowhere does it say this before registering.
