We rely on automation for campaigns and ongoing customer journeys, and the segmentation tool makes it easy to divide our audience based on different criteria and apply those segments directly in campaigns. Overall, it’s a great customer data software pick for mid-sized companies that wish to keep branding consistent.

The support team is also a very strong point, because they are available when we need help and guidance
