Best part, I haven't really had many issues with Massagebook. My clients love being able to book and pay for their appointments online, saves me time too\! > > **Cons**: It would have to be payment system. It has got better but still a lot more than expected the tap to pay features don't work and i have to run the card manually which cost me more money. It is very easy to use for me and my therapists. > > I have been with Massagebook for 5 years, i took a break for a while, (3 years) Tried Booker/ Mindbody, they are ridiculously expensive and software is down half the time. To my surprise coming back to Massagebook all my previous client list and soap notes everything was just how i left it 3 yrs prior. Massagebook staff is very user friendly most helpful with any task. Mainly it's so easy to use you don't need a whole lot of help with navigating the software.
