> **Pros**: It is easy to use. As hosted in the cloud it could be used right away without installation. Furthermore it is building on the speech-to-text engines of MicroSoft, Google and Amazon Web Services, which are constantly improving.
> 
> **Cons**: As it is a fully automated transcription, the results need to be checked for any 'mishearings'.  This final quality has to be done by the user and costs some time.
> 
> Particularly minuting interviews and small meetings. Saving time.
