> **Pros**: Service Geeni is very simple to use. The screens are easy to navigate. It works well for me in the job role that I am doing.

> **Pros**: The team really got a feeling for what it was we needed from the system and this meant we were able to have the software tailored to our needs as far as possible. SG were also instrumental in the integration project which connected our existing ERP system to their platform.

> **Cons**: Nothing I disliked. There were areas of the platform that I felt could be tweaked slightly specific to our needs but we have been able to propose changes via the support infrastructure for future development, so really can't complain\!
