Good budget-friendly software to manage multiple projects
Overall it is good. I am trying to integrate this with Zoho Desk - that way it would help us a lot.
Pros
Easy to setup and start using for multiple projects.
Cons
The data capture interface (like creating a new ticket). It is not user friendly - particularly having to click "Update" whenever the description is updated.
Adding a comment is also tricky.. this is buried in the long list of other features that i might not use..

Has gone viral
Pros
One of feature that I will talk about that I like much is the reporting features which very perfect and visually appealing to the user. It helps in giving good reports of the project
Cons
The one of disadvantage is the cost of this tool which tends to be higher making it costly.
