Love Center!
Center has been a great enhancement to our expense management process. Users love the ease of use and the administration of the system is user friendly.
Pros
The best part of Center is the employee experience and the ease of use. Employees love the ability to use the mobile app to upload receipts.

There are no cons about Center at this point. It has been well received by our organization on all levels.

Center Made Our Expense Tracking So Much Easier!
Our experience with Center Expense has been overwhelmingly positive. After an 8-month onboarding process that included soft launches, our team is now fully onboarded, and we couldn't be happier. It’s saved us time with faster approvals and simplified tracking. Plus, the real-time visibility into spending has improved our budgeting and financial decision-making. The onboarding team exceeded our expectations, offering prompt responses and helping us navigate customizations. Center has been a fantastic solution for us so far.
Pros
What stood out most was the ease of use for the entire team. Our staff has found it incredibly intuitive, making it simple to upload receipts and track expenses in real time. From an administrative perspective, the approval flow process has been smooth and customizable to fit our organization’s needs. The onboarding support was also stellar—they were responsive, fast, and catered to our specific requests. This platform has significantly streamlined our expense management workflow.
Cons
If I had to point out anything, it would be the need for more time during the customization phase. Our team found that it’s essential to allocate extra time upfront to ensure all customizations are tailored precisely before launching fully. But this is a minor issue in the grand scheme of the overall functionality and value the platform provides.

Big improvement over what we had
Very good. They are much more user friendly than what we had before.
Pros
Ease of use. I like that you get notified immediately of the opportunity to upload receipts.
Cons
Would like to be able to see all aspects of the expense coding for all to be reviewed transactions on one screen. Right now I see only the expense account and the dept, I need to see the location and any splits as well. It's very tedious going into each transaction individually to review it.

Phenomenal Credit Card Spend & Tracking Platform
Center has given us immensely improved visibility, controls, and ease of obtaining, reviewing, "filing", and referencing documentation for credit card purchases. Instant transaction notifications, virtual cards, automated approval flow, customizable data exports, excellent customer service, a centralized view of where all transactions stand in terms of receipt capture, approval, and posting - all these and so many more are reasons why we have loved using Center!
Pros
The back-end customization for accountants, and the ability for users to easily upload receipts immediately after a transaction.
Cons
Not much to dislike! One area that isn't as fully featured as the rest is fleet cards, but they are still better than the fleet cards we had before, because they flow into the same digital receipt capture & approval process as regular card purchases.

10 out of 10. Would Recommend!
I have loved using Center since we started it about a year ago. All our field personnel has also enjoyed the switch as it is easier for them to code their expenses than the last system.
Pros
Center has amazing customer support and is extremely user friendly. We transitioned to a new accounting software and of all the 3rd party software we needed to update to continue using, Center was by far the easiest.
Cons
There isn't anything I don't like about Center.
