The reporting is fantastic and as easy as the click of a button. The retargeting/ marketing functions with the Hot Leads is my personal favorite. In my role I have dealt with several vendors and account managers over the years, some good and some bad. Our account manager has been there to assist me and our team and really done a stellar job with all of it. PodiumIO has given me the ease and comfort to move all our franchise locations over to the platform as well. Anything I have needed they have immediately done. We have also added the Listings and Reviews and Google Ads Management to our services with PodiumIO and I have had the pleasure of getting to work with another account manager for that. She as well has just been top notch\! They have done a beautiful job executing the listings and review as well as the Google Ads. One thing that really shows their commitment to customer service was that she took into consideration my time and stress and built out a dashboard to make things easier for me, without me even asking for this. I feel like this kind of thoughtfulness and customer service is unheard of now.
