> EasyReports was built keeping in mind the typical pain points in the reporting functions in organizations. For end users the problem is that they get basic reports from ERPs and other systems and have to do a lot of the reporting and MIS work in spreadsheets.

To address this issue they thought of building a platform which can help automate these reporting tasks without much complexity or learning curve. 

Another pain point for organizations is the time for IT teams to respond to a new requirement from business. In EasyReports it is possible to resuse data models and existing reports to build reports where the underlying data remains the same but the views are different. In their research this forms around 43% of the reporting problems for organizations. 

The last major pain point for IT teams is the time spent in formatting report outputs which is sometimes not even critical to the reporting needs. EasyReports adopts a standard drag and drop report building engine which adopts global formatting rules allowing users and report builders to focus on the data and processing and not the output formatting. This results not just into faster report delivery but also harmonized and elegant report outputs.

With the report scheduler in operation users can get reports delivered to their inbox without the need to login and execute reports. The report scheduler allows you to schedule reports on daily, weekly, monthly and based on custom schedule requirements.
