The it's a really nice integrated software that helps automating some process, keeping extra time to more important things, with a great consistency. The interface is very intuitive and understandable even in the beginning of using it. > > **Cons**: Some of the boxes that pop up when adding new info on promoters or venues, this means you have to switch between multiple windows if you copy/ paste info from for instance an email. I would rather be able to put in the info right in the production page. This is mostly annoying when working on a small screen offcourse, so it´s not a big problem, but it would make the process a bit more seamless when working on tour or out of the office :) Another thing is that our artists often get logged out/ lose their password and it seems like they can´t update it themselves but we need to go in to the system and reset the password for them to be able to update it. It would save some time and emails/ calls if they could just do it themselves with a "forgot password" option. This also means we have to log into the computer, and can´t do it from the phone app (as far as I know), which can be tricky if you don´t have your computer. > > Very positive\! This is a very good service that you provide, and it was very useful. Another positive thing is how easy it is to get in contact with your service team whenever we have questions or need help with setting things up, or changing something in our system.
