But to often innocent queries are reported as false positives. When they see the blocked page in their browser they don't understand what is happening. I think there is a way to add our logo to the blocked page, but we just haven't had time to look into it. > > I think we might have been one of Deledao's early customers. They gave us a lot of help setting up group policy in Active Directory, to push the proxy to computers. We previously used our Sonicwall firewall to filter sites and Deledao's interface is much easier to use. The system works well. The proxy and Chrome extension update in the background so we only have to add sites that staff requests, and monitor the alerts and student usage information. The AI detection feature blocks too many needed websites. > > I have used two similar products, and this is the worst type of this product I have ever used. Everything is working fine, and I close my computer, and everything suddenly gets blocked for students. I have a class set to end at a specific time, and it runs beyond that time, showing 42 minutes remaining, 42 minutes after I last clicked on the screen. It appears to have frozen. We have not found anything we don't like yet. > > Our previous content filter was not fulfilling our needs.
