> **Pros**: SND is easy to use and incorporates all social platforms across all my properties, making one-time simultaneous posting a breeze. It also features all the metadata options I need to create an effective post. The main reason why I enjoy using SND is because the support staff is very responsive and thorough.

> **Cons**: As with any program, there are sometimes bugs that hinder tasks. Over the years, however, I have not experienced a widespread, long-term outage.

> **Pros**: Social News Desk provides a "one stop shop" for all your social media accounts and platforms. As a social media management tool, you can quickly post, add photos and video.

> **Cons**: Social News Desk has been so responsive to the user community that of course we want more. I would love to be able to post directly to the Nextdoor platform. I love that I can monitor the chatter on Nextdoor, but it would be helpful to post, as well.  I also wished that I could tag partners and collaborators on LinkedIn, but I am positive it is coming in the near future.

It is the most user friendly of all the social media management tools, and I have used many. It is convenient, efficient, and helps to improve engagement. > **Pros**: When the autopilot feature on SND works, it's great. But it isn't always guaranteed to work. However, when it does work it makes regular posting to social media accounts a lot easier and faster, especially on weekends when off the clock.

> **Cons**: The worst part about Social News Desk has been the constant technical difficulties. There is always something wrong, whether it's autopilot posting not working, accounts randomly being disconnected, incorrect post appearance, etc. At first SND Support was great, but lately they have been terrible. They give extremely vague directions for fixing an issue without an explanation of why the issue may have occurred. And it's usually the same "solution": reconnect your social accounts. But without knowing why all these issues are happening, we have no way of preventing them from happening. &#10;There is also very limited personalization when scheduling autopilot posts; you pretty much have to go into Instagram itself to do anything such as tagging pages, collaborating posts with pages, etc. The reporting feature is also AWFUL. The data is often inaccurate, listing things like 0 impressions but 5 likes, which doesn't make sense. And the reporting is not nearly as in-depth as other softwares such as Meta Business Suite.

> Overall, SND has been a huge stress for myself and the rest of the social media team at our company. We have something go wrong with SND at least once a week, and it often takes several hours for support to get back to us, and once they do, they give us very vague, half-effort "solutions." When completing things such as social media audits, the data I retrieve from SND is highly inaccurate which makes the audit invalid. &#10;SND has been about 80% stressful and 20% useful.
