Simple to setup and use...

Pros
FitBudd has been nothing but professional and helpful in setting up the app from the IT side. I even received assistance above and beyond informative webinars and articles. My issues with the app falls on my shoulders due to not investing the appropriate amount of time and attention needed to turn leads into paying customers. I am appreciative of the ease in which I can continue to pay for the services provided while I move closer and closer to taking my app to the next level.All in all, if you put in the effort, you will have great success operating your app through FitBudd.They are excellent in customer service.
Cons
ALLOW OTHER FITNESS TRACKERS TO CONNECT TO THE APP. ANDROID COMPATIBLE LINK IS MISSINGI would want a feature to send group emails to leads in one click. An automation email to leads that I can customize to offer deals and sales. This would make it easier than cutting and pasting each email address to an external email source.Secondly, create, modify, and assign schedules on the go.Lastly, more templates for nutrition and the ability to upload cooking videos and sell them through the package plans. Sometimes the nutrition and meal planning is more important to some clients and having the ability to purchase instructional videos from their trainer in reference to nutrition, would be a lucrative add on to packages.

Great investment
I love this app!! Overall I am very pleased with using Fitbudd for my clients. It's very easy to use and it is a very reasonable cost. I'm looking forward to growing my business using Fitbudd as I move into the online market because currently I'm only using it for some of our members in our studio location.
Pros
I like that I keep and see my clients' progress all in one place and that I have the option to speak with them in the app about their progressions. The voice memo feature is great because texting is not enough when certain situations requires voice communication.
Cons
While I like that I can group my clients based on start dates, tags, plans, etc. for communication. However, it does not allow me to group my clients in groups for viewing them in those categories. It only allows me to see all active clients and I have to manually click on each client to see which group they're in. It would be a great feature to have the option to view all my clients in different groups. I have voiced my concern about this feature and they are working on implement it. When a client is no longer active or deactivated on a plan, they will continue to receive communications if they are grouped together based on a start date. I really didn't like that because those clients were still able to receive coaching advice and motivation even after they were deactivated. So I used the tag feature instead but that didn't work too well since everyone gotten the same messages if their tags had similar names. I would also like to see MyZone app integrated with Fitbudd. My fitness studio uses MyZone HR monitors while training clients and it would be great if it could be integrated.

FitBudd Review
Initially (around 1 year ago) very good
Now, I am looking at alternative products + will cancel my FitBudd subscription as soon as I find a better alternative
Pros
It’s easy to use from an administrative perspective.
Cons
Customer experience is poor-average
Music + Videos are glitchy
Slow turnaround on communication & dealing with technical problems
Exercise video library is poor

I love it!
Pros
Most trainers use 2 apps for their coaching – one to build out workout templates/programs and another one for clients to log food. FitBudd has both in one app, which was what made me choose them. The customer service team is also very responsive and helpful. App is reasonably priced and they’ll even give you a 30 day trial to see how you like it before you but it. They will even help you design your website!
Cons
Id love an app for trainers/coaches so I can easily get notifications when a client messages me back, etc instead of having to login on my laptop or Google Chrome on my phone to check periodically. Otherwise it’s amazing!

Great and still improving
Really good customer service. Super helpful. A little pushy at the beginning but very receptive to suggestions and asks.
Pros
FitBudd listens to all advice/feature requests and is fairly timely on development and delivery of those suggestions
Cons
That Canva doesn’t interstate, need more customizing features for plans, need ability to group clients for group sessions, need option for in person bookings vs just virtual calls. Need more customization in plans / features as it’s currently a little complicated
