In many areas, all it takes is a short training session for a new employee and they can start working with the system right away. Nexelem also provides a lot of additional production data that can be used to fully analyze production processes, which in our case is very crucial in optimizing production. An additional advantage is the combination of all processes around production in a transparent way. An additional advantage of the system, is the ability to customize many functionalities individually according to the customer's needs. > > **Cons**: There is no such thing. It is not a perfect system (worth millions), but the product is worth recommending because it is constantly being developed and all kinds of corrections are made on an ongoing basis to improve the operation and functioning of the system.
