When a company signs up, recruiters send all employees a unique link to their TalentBin. Employees then connect their social profiles to the company’s TalentBin, which pulls all their contacts’ employment information and aggregates it into one database. Recruiters can search this database using the product’s guided search feature, narrowing down candidates by particular skills and locations. TalentBin also helps recruiters organize the hiring process, allowing them to create pipelines for specific job requisitions and give hiring managers access to view candidate resumes. Additionally, recruiters can view all communication history with candidates, as well any notes they might have taken on each candidate’s individual profile.
