> **Pros**: The level of communication this team exhibited was far and away their biggest strength for us. Of course they are great at the technical side, but without being able to communicate effectively, none of the tech matters.

There were some initial hiccups with monitoring and the first setup was tricky to get just right putting a bit of a strain on timelines. Again, their effective communication and problem solving skills far outweighed the stress of initial setup.
