> **Pros**: It's easy to use and does the job that it's made of very well. The setup went really well with the good help of IDR professionals.

> **Cons**: Nothing significant has come up yet. Maybe when manually importing devices and when they are later added to Intune, it would be great to merge these automatically in IDR.

> **Pros**: Really good software for managing IT assets. Can be integrated with wholesellers, intune, manufacturer support, leasing companies etc. Offers great value and is cost-effective.

> **Cons**: Search functionality can be improved. Search doesn't match all the fields found in IT assets so sometimes its harder to find the asset you are looking for.
> 
> Deployment was super fast and easy. We integrated login with Entra ID for convenience. IDR team is professional and reacts fast to questions etc.
