> **Cons**: Lack of ability to create hierarchy. Equipment with multiple pieces are not able to be associated with one another.  Lacking spare parts inventory and equipment associations. On demand work doesn't give the technician the ability to make more than a single entry. Sometimes corrective work (in my opinion should be coded as corrective and not on demand preventative) takes multiple techs more than one entry to execute a repair or even just capturing data on equipment.
