Help out to manage operational tasks
It was nice experience using adda, with the help of user feedbacks we together can make it a great product overall.
Pros
1. Ease of using different functions as admin
2. Customer or product support for solving the implementation/customisation issues
3. Workflows are designed well in advance
Cons
1. Need some corrections into workflows
2. As admin, still some access are missing in some functioning that can be done by support team only
3. Hard delete of some entities are necessary to avoid garbage data being accumulated (users, units etc.)
4. Tenant management need some more advancements as its most frequently used and have maximum challenges faced by Apartments or societies.

One of the Excellent software to manage JOPD.
Pros
The software is User-friendly, easily accessible, and transparent. the most likable part of this software is the minimal error with Mollak integration.
Cons
The system hangs quite often during the regular use of the software and automatically logs out. The software shows an error in browsing while pulling the receipts from the Mollak system.
